Teaching in the UCLA – NUS EMBA program has been among the most rewarding experiences in my career as an educator. The wealth of experience and backgrounds among the senior and diverse group of participants enables a truly interactive learning environment in which I gain at least as much from them, and they from each other, as they learn directly from my lectures.

This program is a wonderful learning experience for the senior managers who participate and the faculty who coordinate the sessions. Our seminars combine learning from a broad range of experiences, industries, firms and professions from around the world, drawing from the recent and distant past, evaluating the present and preparing for an evolving future. The combination of conceptual and experiential sharing in an intensive format across multiple locations provides exceptional learning.
In this UCLA – NUS EMBA program, I gained tremendous knowledge of many facets of business. I have learned a great deal not only from dedicated faculties, but also from talented and diverse cohorts who came from different cultures and professional background. I particularly value the unique experience of working in management practicum project which challenged me to formulate a business strategy to solve a real business problem. This project requires me to view the problem the way the company does, and figure out a unique solution to it
